Family Care

Borron Family Medicine understands that family care is of the utmost importance to many of our patients. Our providers are skilled in life-cycle care. This means that Borron Family Medicine is able to provide you with the highest quality care for every stage of life, from birth through advanced adulthood. The expertise our providers offer brings you and your family the best healthcare throughout every development of life.

Our office is currently not accepting any new patients with Medicaid, Medicare, AARP/UHC.

Telehealth

We understand that most of our patients have extremely active lives. We have developed a practice that is considerate of the needs of our patients. A natural step in providing considerate and meaningful care is to offer telehealth options for certain appointment types, via phone calls or online meetings. Reach out to your provider to see if a telehealth appointment is right for you. We strongly advise to check with your insurance carrier to see how these telehealth appointments will be processed.


Pediatric Care

As a family-centered practice, our providers and staff seek to establish life-long relationships with their patients. A healthy childhood can establish a lifetime of healthy living. Parents can be confident in the care their children receive while at our clinic. Our experience and expertise will provide patients and their families with peace of mind that they are receiving the best healthcare possible, across generations.


Patient Portal Use

Due to overwhelming usage of the patient portal we would like to clarify expectations regarding portal use: 

- We strive to take the best care of our patients as possible, to do this we have to prioritize the people who are in office that day and urgent phone calls.

- Please do not send multiple messages in a row.

- The portal is designed to communicate labs or imaging results, refill requests, and for updates on symptoms or medications as requested by the providers. The portal is NOT to be used for new concerns or symptoms. New concerns, or symptoms will require an appointment.

- If you are messaging for a family member please use their portal to keep information in the correct chart.

- Please remember that all messages are part of your official medical record.

- Messages through the portal will be answered by providers based on time permitting schedules in between patients. If you are in urgent need please contact our clinic, dial 911, or go straight to your nearest emergency room.


Speciality Care

Borron Family Medicine understands that specialty care is often necessary for our patients and their families. In addition to primary care, our clinics also lead in providing specialty care to meet the varying healthcare issues your family may face. We offer patients of all ages and circumstances options for the prevention, diagnosis, maintenance, and treatment of many specialty conditions.


Prescription Refills and Requests

Per our voicemail, we ask that patients utilize the patient portal to send in ANY refill requests and changes, or send the requests to the pharmacy. This ensures accurate and safe filling for all prescriptions. If this is a new prescription or concern, please contact our office to make a medication management appointment.


Missed Appointments

Due to an increase in the valley, our office does apply a No Show Fee of $75.00. This is necessary to ensure that we are able to provide timely access for all patients to our providers. Please contact our office 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
